All confirmed orders will be inspected, packed and processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing schedules may be delayed when encountering order surges during peak periods. We will send reminder emails to customers once obvious shipping delays take place.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated systematically according to your order, and the definite freight cost will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.

DAYSEN MILLER will not undertake any liability for misdelivery or undeliverable parcels caused by wrong addresses provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address mistakes, additional reshipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.

If your bags arrive broken, scratched or deformed, please get in touch with us within 48 hours after receipt. You are required to provide clear photos of damaged items and outer packaging for verification.

Every bag is equipped with detailed maintenance instructions. Customers should use, clean and store the bags following the product guidelines. DAYSEN MILLER is exempted from liability for product damage caused by improper cleaning, incorrect storage, manual modification or misuse.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

Cross-border shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes and other clearance fees in accordance with local policies of the destination country. All extra customs charges shall be undertaken by the customer and are not included in product prices and shipping fees.
